• M&A Deal of the Year – Premium (the integration of Z Holdings and LINE’s businesses)
• Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Deal of the Year (Applied Materials’ share purchase of Kokusai Electric Corp; the integration of Z Holdings and LINE’s businesses)
