Cleary Gottlieb Advises on Two Global Competition Review 2023 Matters of the Year

Cleary Gottlieb has advised on two Matters of the Year at the Global Competition Review (GCR) Awards 2023.

Cleary was recognized for advising on:

• Behavioral Matter of the Year – Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa: India’s parallel probes into Google’s Android and Play Store billing practices
• Merger Control Matter of the Year – Americas: UnitedHealth Group/Change Healthcare

Partner Daniel Culley was also named GCR Lawyer of the Year – Under 40 and noted for his “leading role in defending Change Healthcare against the DOJ’s unsuccessful challenge to the company’s $13.8 billion merger with UnitedHealth Group.”
