Cleary Gottlieb and Jinduk Han Shortlisted for ALB Korea Law Awards 2022

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards’ 2022 “International Deal Firm of the Year,” and partner Jinduk Han has been named a “Dealmaker of  the Year” finalist.

In addition, nine deals on which Cleary advised have been named finalists:

• Debt Market Deal of the Year (KEXIM’s Issuance of U.S. Bonds, LG Chem’s 2026 and 2031 Notes, NongHyup Bank’s Issuance of ESG Certified Bonds, POSCO’s Zero Coupon Green Convertible Bonds, and Republic of Korea’s Issuance of Foreign Exchange Stabilization Bonds)
• Equity Market Deal of the Year (Krafton’s IPO and POSCO’s Zero Coupon Green Convertible Bonds)
• IPO Deal of the Year (KakaoPay’s IPO and Krafton’s IPO)
• Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year (KakaoPay’s IPO, Krafton’s IPO, and YANOLJA’s Issuance of New Shares and Sale of Existing Shares to SVF-II CRYSTAL SUBCO)
