In the newest promotions and appointments to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) UK Arbitration & ADR Committee, Cleary Gottlieb counsel Milo Molfa has been appointed as a new Committee member.
Milo’s appointment is effective as of June 20, 2019.
The ICC UK Arbitration & ADR Committee provides a forum for UK business in shaping the arbitration and ADR rules and practice of the ICC, while also promoting arbitration and ADR as mechanisms to resolve disputes and overseeing nominations of UK nationals as arbitrators to the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC.
