Cleary Gottlieb counsel Penelope Christophorou has been elected President of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL) at its annual meeting in Orlando on April 14, 2018.
ACCFL, an honorary professional association of over 300 distinguished practitioners, jurists, and academics, promotes the field of commercial finance law, including through education and legislative reform.
Penelope has served as a member of the ACCFL Executive Committee since 2016 and has been a fellow since 2007.
