Cleary Gottlieb Deal Shortlisted for 2022 ALB Japan Law Award

A deal on which Cleary Gottlieb advised has been shortlisted for a 2022 ALB Japan Law Award:

• M&A Deal of the Year – Premium (CBC-led consortium’s acquisition of 46.9% equity interest in Seoul-based cosmetic pharmaceutical company Hugel)

The awards recognize the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in Japan and around the region.
