Cleary Gottlieb has launched ClearyLoop, a new application that allows junior lawyers to request and schedule informal feedback sessions from senior lawyers.
ClearyLoop is a feedback solution that comes from a winning “hackathon” team’s vision of an easy-to-use system that enables junior lawyers to request feedback on an ongoing basis as opposed to waiting for the year-end review process. The application was built via a collaboration between the firm’s IT and HR departments.
