Cleary Gottlieb’s Women’s Working Group in London hosted a private screening of “Prima Facie” with our clients to launch our pro bono partnership with the Schools Consent Project.
The Schools Consent Project hosts workshops in schools to help young people understand the law around consent and key sexual offences, and how to have honest conversations with partners and other people in their lives. The initiative has partnered with “Prima Facie,” a theatrical production starring Jodie Comer, which examines many of the themes covered in the workshops.
Following the screening, Schools Consent Project Founder Kate Parker and Director Monica Bhogal joined “Prima Facie” Director Justin Martin and Producer James Bierman to discuss the themes of the production.
