Cleary Gottlieb was named “Italian Competition & Regulatory Firm of the Year” at the TopLegal Awards, which were held in Milan.
The nomination panel noted, “[Cleary] stands out for managing technically difficult cases [such as] the litigation in defense of SKY in relation to alleged anticompetitive issues, which resulted in the annulment of the AGCM’s decision.”
