Cleary Gottlieb has been named one of the top 25 corporate law firms by U.S. corporate directors in the 11th annual America’s Best Corporate Law Firms survey conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine and global business advisory firm FTI Consulting. In addition, the firm was once again named one of the top 25 corporate law firms by general counsel as part of a related but separate survey.
The two lists were determined by direct feedback from U.S. corporate directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies, who were asked to rank U.S. law firms based on reputation and service. The results of the survey will be published in Corporate Board Member’s second quarter special legal issue, which is distributed to 38,000 directors and officers of publicly traded U.S. corporations, and CEO’s of the top 2,000 private companies.
