Cleary Gottlieb Named a Top Firm for Gender Equity by Yale Law Women

Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized by Yale Law Women in its 2018 Top Ten Female Friendly Firms Report for its outstanding gender equity policies and practices.

Cleary was featured among a select group of Vault 100 firms with at least 50 percent of its associates comprised of women.

Each year, Yale Law Women recognizes the top law firms in the U.S. for their leadership in developing and implementing family-friendly practices and policies. Categories in this year’s survey include gender equity among the firm’s hiring levels, the representation of women in a firm’s leadership and promotions, and the extent to which a firm is committed to equitable training and mentorship.
