Cleary Gottlieb has ranked among the top five law firms for female attorneys (among firms with 251 to 600 attorneys) in Law360’s 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women in Law.
Cleary was also ranked a top five law firm for diverse attorneys at various seniority levels and a top five law firm for equity partnerships in the survey.
Law360 grouped firms based on U.S. attorney headcount and then ranked those firms based on their percentage of female attorneys, both at the non-partner and partner levels.
