Cleary Gottlieb has been cited by The Asian Lawyer in its Emerging Markets Awards 2015. The firm was named in the “Initial Public Offering of the Year” category for its work on the $769 million IPO of Malaysian power producer Malakoff Bhd.
Cleary advised the issuer in the Malaysian offering, which The Asian Lawyer said “was the largest IPO on the Bursa Malaysia in three years—since its banner year in 2012—and for that reason stands out in this category.”
