Cleary Gottlieb Named No. 2 in GCR 2021 ‘Global Elite’

Cleary Gottlieb’s antitrust practice was ranked No. 2 among the “Global Elite” by Global Competition Review in the 21st edition of the GCR 100.

GCR said that the firm is known as one of the world’s “antitrust powerhouses,” and that Cleary “takes the crown as the world’s best competition litigation practice,” ranking the firm No.1 for litigation for the third time, No. 2 for merger control, and No. 3 for cartels.

Cleary was ranked as Elite in GCR’s country rankings for both Brussels and Washington, D.C. The firm’s other country rankings include Elite in Germany and Italy; Highly Recommended in France and the United Kingdom; and Recommended in Belgium.
