Cleary Gottlieb has been named the best legal adviser in North America in Global Finance’s “World’s Best Investment Banks 2015” report, which will be published in its April 2015 issue.
Global Finance’s editors, with input from industry analysts, decided the outcome of the 16th annual survey. Selection criteria included market share, number and size of deals, service and advice, structuring capabilities, distribution network, efforts to address market conditions, innovation, pricing, after-market performance of underwritings and market reputation.
