Cleary Gottlieb partner Adrian Rae Leipsic has been selected as one of Private Equity International’s 30 Under 40 “rising stars of the private funds legal world.”
Adrian was lauded for his work for some of the best-known private equity sponsors, including TPG, Blackstone, and KKR. He was also recognized for implementing the “innovative legal structure” of Silver Point Capital’s Specialty Credit Fund, and his representation of TCW Direct Lending in connection with a landmark split-off transaction.
