Cleary Gottlieb partner Francesca Odell has been named among the 2021 “Notable Women in Law” by Crain’s New York Business.
Francesca was recognized for guiding domestic and international clients on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project financing, and restructuring, as well as advising boards of directors and senior management on disclosure and compliance matters, stock exchange listing requirements, board composition, shareholder engagement and activism, and social and governance issues.
Crain’s also noted her active pro bono work including serving on the board of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and Start Small Think Big, which helps under-resourced entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
The 2021 list of “Notable Women in Law” celebrates female attorneys in the New York City metropolitan area for their achievements in the law, leadership, and commitment to the community.
