Cleary Gottlieb has been named one of the top three foreign corporate firms in India by Legally India in its InLegal 50 rankings.
Cleary was noted as having advised Brookfield on its $576 million acquisition of Leela Venture hotels, Temasek on the $2.1 billion acquisition of Schneider’s India Larsen & Toubro unit, and Arysta LifeScience on its sale to UPL for $4.2 billion.
