Cleary Gottlieb has been ranked third by Law.com International among firms with the highest proportion of LGBTQ+ lawyers across their UK offices.
Law.com’s rankings are based on a diversity survey of 64 firms in the UK. Cleary has 6.7% of partners and 12.7% of lawyers overall identifying as LGBTQ+, which far surpasses the survey’s market average of 3.28% and 5.45%, respectively.
