Cleary Gottlieb Receives Latin Lawyer’s Restructuring Deal of the Year

Cleary Gottlieb has been honored for advising on Odebrecht Óleo e Gás’ successful debt reorganization which has received Latin Lawyer’s “Restructuring Deal of the Year” award.

Odebrecht’s $4.5 billion restructuring has been named Brazil’s “largest ever” extrajudicial restructuring.
