Cleary Gottlieb Recognized at IFR Asia Awards 2022

Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized with three International Financing Review (IFR) Asia Awards 2022.

Two deals on which Cleary advised were honored:

• Regional Awards: Structured Equity Deal of the Year: Lenovo’s $675 million seven-year convertible bond
• Country Awards: Philippines Capital Markets Deal of the Year: The Republic of the Philippines’ $2 billion triple-tranche bond

Long-time client Lenovo, the largest global laptop manufacturer, was also awarded Issuer of the Year for its successful Cleary-assisted transactions in three different asset classes.
