Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for a 2022 Private Equity International Award: Secondaries Law Firm of the Year in Asia.
Cleary’s funds team was recognized for advising Korea’s MBK Partners in a single-asset GP-led deal in which restaurant franchise operator BHC was moved out of its Special Situations Fund I into a continuation vehicle. Cleary was also noted as an active law firm in the GP stakes industry.
