The nominations include:

• Investment Funds Law Firm of the Year
• M&A Deal of the Year: MBK Partners’ Acquisition of Homeplus
• Equity Market Deal of the Year: Dali Foods’ Hong Kong IPO

The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards will be presented in Hong Kong on September 9, 2016.
