Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for ALB China Law Awards 2021

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for ALB China Law Awards’ 2021 “International Law Firm of the Year” honor, and four deals on which Cleary advised have been named “Deal of the Year” finalists:

• Debt Market Deal of the Year – Premium (Lenovo’s notes offering and concurrent liability management transaction)
• Equity Market Deal of the Year – Midsize (Huazhu Group’s global offering and secondary listing in Hong Kong)
• Equity Market Deal of the Year – Premium (JD Health’s Hong Kong IPO)
• M&A Deal of the Year – Premium (Huya and DouYu’s Merger)
