Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for M&A Deal of the Year by China Law & Practice

A deal on which Cleary Gottlieb advised has been shortlisted for M&A Deal of the Year at the China Law & Practice Awards 2022 – Sogou’s $3.5 billion going-private.

China Law & Practice, in association with The American Lawyer, The Asian Lawyer, and LegalWeek, presents the China Law & Practice Awards annually, which honor the biggest and most important commercial legal matters that involved lawyers and parties in China.
