  • U.S. Law Firm of the Year
  • International Law Firm of the Year
  • India Practice Law Firm of the Year
  • Debt and Equity Linked Team of the Year
  • Equity Team of the Year
  • Private Equity Team of the Year

The firm also advised on five shortlisted deals of the year:

  • Debt and Equity Linked Deal of the Year (Export-Import Bank of Korea cebures; and LG Chem green bonds)
  • Equity Deal of the Year (Lotte REIT IPO; and Luckin Coffee IPO)
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year (New Frontier Corporation/Family Healthcare)
