• Activist Campaign of the Year, for Blackwells Capital pushing SuperValu toward sale with United Natural
• Cross-Border Deal of the Year, for Michael Kors acquiring Gianni Versace, creating the U.S. luxury conglomerate Capri
• Consumer, Retail, Food & Beverage Deal of the Year, for Altria acquiring a stake in e-cigarette maker Juul Labs
• Energy & Industrials Deal of the Year, for Andeavor being acquired by Marathon Petroleum
• Financial Services Deal of the Year, for Dun & Bradstreet being acquired by an investor consortium
• Technology, Media & Telecom Deal of the Year, for Broadcom acquiring software developer CA Technologies, KKR’s First Data agreeing to a combination with Fiserv, and Walt Disney acquiring the television and film assets of 21st Century Fox
