Cleary Gottlieb Strengthens Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice With New Partner Audry Casusol

Audry Casusol has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office, focusing on executive compensation, employee benefits, and corporate governance matters.

Audry comes to Cleary after more than 10 years of assisting clients across a range of industries in navigating executive compensation, employee benefits and governance issues in the context of complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, restructurings, spinoffs, and other major corporate transactions. She has also advised boards of directors, compensation committees, management, and executives on the design and legal analysis of compensation arrangements, along with administrative and regulatory compliance with tax, employment and securities laws, and corporate governance and disclosure obligations.

Audry has written and presented extensively on executive compensation, employee benefits and corporate governance matters. Immediately prior to joining Cleary, she was a partner in the executive compensation and employee benefits practice of a major international law firm. Audry received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. from North Carolina State University - Raleigh.
