Cleary Gottlieb Team Named a Litigator of the Week Finalist for Representing FullBeauty Brands

Cleary Gottlieb partners Roger Cooper, Elizabeth Hanft, and Alexander Talarides, along with associates Katherine MacAdam, Adrian Gariboldi, and Ariel Sheffey were selected as a “Litigator of the Week” finalist by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.

The team was recognized for securing emergency relief for FullBeauty Brands in a Delaware merger dispute.

After an Oct. 29 hearing, Vice Chancellor Kyle H. Lachmund temporarily enjoined Destination XL Group Inc. from terminating the parties’ merger agreement and ordered the case onto an expedited track.
