The team successfullysecured the dismissal of a securities class action on behalf of International Flavors & Fragrances, its Israeli subsidiary Frutarom, and current and former executives of both companies. On March 30, 2021, U.S. District Senior Judge Naomi Buchwald dismissed claims tied to a 2019 stock drop that followed the disclosure that Frutarom had been making kickback payments to customers in Russia and Ukraine.
