Cleary Gottlieb Wins China Business Law Journal Capital Markets Deal of the Year 2022

Cleary Gottlieb has won a China Business Law Journal Capital Markets Deal of the Year Award for 2022.

Cleary was recognized for serving as issuer’s counsel to Burning Rock Biotech in its UK direct listing. The winning capital markets transaction was noted for being “the first of its kind on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) that listed American depositary shares (ADS) that continued to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq, with those ADS being fully fungible with the ADS listed on the LSE.”
