Cleary Gottlieb has been honored with four 2015 “Global Legal” awards by The American Lawyer, announced September 28. The awards recognize the best cross-border legal work of the past year.
Cleary Gottlieb also won the “Grand Prize” as “Global Corporate Deal of the Year” for advising Lafarge in its Merger of Equals with Swiss cement company Holcim. The matter also received “Global M&A Deal of the Year (Europe)” award.
