The firm also earned IFLR’s National Award for work done in Russia. Recent transactions that Cleary Gottlieb has worked on in Russia include representation of Rosneft in its $10.6 billion IPO, the largest by a Russian company and the largest-ever London listing, as well as advising Gallery Group on the first-ever high yield debt offering by a Russian company.
