Cleary Gottlieb Wins Russia M&A Adviser of the Year

Cleary Gottlieb has won the Russia M&A Adviser of the Year award in the Acquisitions Monthly Awards 2009. The citation states that Cleary Gottlieb works on the whole range of Russian deals, from private equity transactions to Russian companies making acquisitions overseas, and highlights work done for TPG, Evraz and Alenia Aeronautica. Cleary Gottlieb was the only law firm nominated in this category.
