Cleary served as antitrust counsel on both sides of the transaction to 21st Century Fox (in the U.S.) and Walt Disney Co. (in Europe) in Disney’s $71.3 billion acquisition of the television and film assets of 21st Century Fox, one of the largest media transactions of all time, and a highly complex merger control matter, involving competing bids from Disney and Comcast for Fox.
