Cleary Gottlieb received two awards at the 2018 IFLR Asia Awards, which were held in Hong Kong on March 1.
Cleary was recognized for advising on Kyobo Life Insurance’s subordinated capital securities offering, which was named Debt and Equity-Linked Deal of the Year, and for advising on McDonald’s strategic partnership with CITIC and Carlyle, which was named Private Equity Deal of the Year.
