Cleary Gottlieb Partners Adam Fleisher and Jeff Karpf Named National Law Journal Capital Markets Trailblazers

Cleary Gottlieb partners Adam Fleisher and Jeff Karpf have been named to the National Law Journal’s 2019 list of Finance, Banking, and Capital Markets Trailblazers.

Adam’s profile lauded his work for TPG Specialty Lending and TCW Direct Lending, and his work with business development companies, which he says “have grown increasingly sophisticated in the decade following the financial crisis.”

Jeff’s profile highlighted his work on large transactions with major banks and insurance companies, including continuing to represent Citigroup, as well as the IPOs of Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 and Pinterest in 2019.
