Coller Capital’s CVC Credit Closing

Cleary Gottlieb represented Coller Capital in connection with its investment in a vehicle managed by CVC Credit Partners, an independent credit asset management and investment group, along with the vehicle’s acquisition of Northport Capital TRS LLC, a private lender focused on middle-market borrowers in North America.

As part of the investment, Coller will also provide additional capital that can be deployed to lend to similar companies in the future.
