Cleary Gottlieb acted as transaction counsel in Compagnie de Saint-Gobain’s tender offer for up to £300 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.625% notes due November 2024.
The offers launched on May 6, 2022, and expired on May 13, 2022. An aggregate principal amount of £183.6 million was accepted for purchase.
NatWest Markets N.V. acted as the dealer manager for the offer and Kroll Issuer Services Limited acted as the tender and information agent.
