Credit Suisse in $2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Credit Suisse in its registered offering of $2 billion aggregate principal amount of 3% Senior Notes due 2021. The notes were issued under Credit Suisse’ U.S. medium-term notes program and pursuant to its shelf registration statement on file with the SEC. Credit Suisse Securities acted as representative of the distributors for the notes. The transaction priced on October 24 and closed on October 29.
