Cushman & Wakefield’s Public Offering of 10 Million Ordinary Shares

Cleary Gottlieb is representing TPG, PAG Asia Capital, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, as selling shareholders, in Cushman & Wakefield’s underwritten public offering of 10 million ordinary shares at a price to the public of $18.75 per share.

All of the ordinary shares are being offered by existing shareholders, and Cushman & Wakefield will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. Goldman Sachs is serving as sole underwriter. The offering priced on June 2, 2021, and is expected to close on June 7, 2021.
