Delimobil Sells Minority Stake to VTB Capital

Cleary Gottlieb represented Delimobil in the sale to VTB Capital of a $75 million minority stake in the share capital of Delimobil Holding S.A., which controls the Russian entities owning Delimobil, Anytime, and Anytime.Prime brands.

Delimobil is one of the largest carsharing companies globally and one of the leading mobility platforms in the rapidly growing and underpenetrated Russian market. Delimobil has become an important and integral part of shared mobility infrastructure of the largest Russian cities.

VTB Capital, the investment business of VTB Group, is one of the three strategic business arms of VTB Group along with the corporate and retail businesses. Since its foundation in 2008, VTB Capital has participated in over 800 ECM and DCM deals, which attracted more than $285 billion worth of investments in Russia and CIS.
