Cleary Gottlieb represented Doosan Infracore Co., Ltd. in a $400 million Rule 144A/Reg S offering of global depositary shares. The GDSs are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS acted as the joint global coordinators and bookrunners for the offering, which closed on December 12, 2013.
