DTCC to Acquire Securrency

Cleary Gottlieb is representing The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in its pending acquisition of Securrency Inc. (Securrency).

The transaction signed on October 18, 2023, and is expected to close within the next several weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
