Duravant Restructures and Acquires Ohlson Packaging

Cleary Gottlieb represented Duravant LLC, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, in its acquisition of Ohlson Packaging.

The acquisition closed on December 29, 2017; the terms were not publicly disclosed. Cleary represented Warburg Pincus in its initial acquisition of Duravant in June 2017.

Ohlson Packaging is a manufacturer of automatic food packaging lines located in Taunton, Massachusetts. Duravant is a global engineered equipment manufacturer serving the food processing, packaging, and material handling sectors.
