Cleary Gottlieb represented Edenred in connection with the issue of €250 million 2.625% bonds due October 30, 2020. The bonds have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering launched and priced on October 28 and closed on October 30.
This offering was led by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale as Joint Lead Managers.
