Empresa Nacional del Petróleo in $200 Million Club Loan

Cleary Gottlieb recently represented Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (ENAP), Chile’s largest hydrocarbon producer and the country’s only petroleum product refiner, in a $200 million senior unsecured term loan facility with HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Joint Bookrunners and Lead Arrangers. The loan matures in 2018. Signing took place on November 18.
