Empresa Nacional del Petróleo in CHF215 Million Debt Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Empresa Nacional del Petróleo, Chile’s largest hydrocarbon producer and the country’s only petroleum product refiner, in its Reg S offering of CHF215 million 2.875% bonds due 2018 that closed on December 5. Credit Suisse acted as manager. The bonds are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
