The transaction launched on September 7, 2021, priced on September 9, 2021, and closed on September 16, 2021.
ENAP is wholly-owned by the Republic of Chile and is the country’s largest hydrocarbon producer, only petroleum products refiner, and market leader for wholesale distribution of refined petroleum products.
