Cleary Gottlieb acted as counsel for the Endurance International Group, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, in a refinancing and upsizing of its existing first-lien credit facilities. The financing was provided by a syndicate of banks with Credit Suisse as agent, and consisted of a $1,050 million senior secured first-lien term loan facility and a $125 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the additional term loans were used to repay the existing second-lien credit facility in full. The transaction closed November 25.
